How to do meditation | benefits |Third eye | Pituitary gland | How to connect with astral body

The internal one to one communication happens through our thoughts and words based on reasoning that entirely depends upon the mind only. While the heart to heart communication happens through feelings, without feelings would mean that the heart is completely absent and being led towards a very shallow life. Above both of these, there is soul to soul communication which happens through silence and is superior to both. Self-introspection, self-efficacy and self-esteem are the outcomes of the silence. When one transcends ones feeling, one becomes still. Meditation prior aim is to be still within, so that by watching, one can observe the truth and filter unhealthy bonds properly.

Meditation helps the conscious mind to be remove these harmful conditioned feelings and thoughts to improve equanimity as well as integrating with sub conscious and superconscious mind. Our inner sense always wanted to communicate with us but we ignored, because we are not aware at our conscious level and are compelled to remain in the state of conditioned thought. Feelings of worries and extreme joys are the disequilibrium of the conscious mind. When the mind is still, it finds abundance in all things whether he/she has a lot or not at which point does not matter.

The subconscious mind is attempting to connect with us all the time but is usually blocked by our conditioned thoughts and emotions where our conditioned thoughts and emotions are earlier accumulations of notions that have given birth to worry and hope in the proportion of which it has been perceived. Our mind accepts suggestions, absorbs all visuals and sounds that come with it and associate all sensory inputs with emotional experiences creating a thought which leaves marks on the subconscious mind.

Humans have the potential to break habitual conscious thoughts/emotions repetitions and conversely create entirely new ones by enhanced self-consciousness.  A better analogy would be, think of your habits as hardware programs that have been installed by your past experiences, so to change them would be as if you are performing a hardware reprogram on yourself.

The best way to overcome stress is by doing meditation for ten minutes every day, see the difference within weeks as it leads to opening of new pathways of creativity. When a mind is contended and at that moment everything going around to be the natural consequences; and definitely, conscious-beings live life in its entire spectrum. With such a mind-set one feels abundance and is connected to the cosmic law and abundance is a state of consciousness in fact.

Meditation offers way to bring the experience of true nature of your wisdom. Meditation yields a significant experiences of calm and well-being within five minutes because the cycle of breath links you to the rhythms of creation within you and with the cosmic prana energy. Gradually, you will get a feel for the act of sitting in silent stillness; and would increase the time limits further easily enthusiastically. One simple breathing observation exercise that one must be do twice a day.

§  Find a quiet place and sit down in comfortable asana, spine lengthening up.

§  Close your eyes and bring your attention to the flow of your breathing and be aware of the feeling of the air hot or cold against your nostrils above lips and below nostrils as you inhale.

§  Keep your attention on the flow of your breathing and following your breath and exhale slowly.

Breathing awareness is the starting exercise in yoga to taming the mind and must be do in the morning and at night before going to sleep would help you to connect with yourself. Advanced meditation come with mudras are yoni mudra, Maha mudra, Shambhavi mudra, ashwini mudra, kaki mudra and khechari mudra. Pranayama: ujjayi, Sitkari, sheetali, Bhastrika and Bhramari. Asanas: Jivan Tatva ke Sadhan, YouvanTatva ke Sadhan, Padm asana, sidha asana and Vajra asana.

For higher spiritual growth, need to build up the vibration between eye-brows which opens to space of consciousness, to inner world so that a connection has to be made with astral space.

The third eye or Ajna chakra (brow) is a centre for extra sensory perception, will-power, self-control and self-efficacy, all these are controlled by the pituitary gland which acts as a command system for all other endocrine glands hence why pituitary gland is known as the master gland as its secretions directly or indirectly affect the function of the other glands in the endocrine system.

·         A brain chemical such as Dopamine is responsible for intense pleasure.

·         Oxytocin is known as the love hormone.

·         Serotonin is known as a mood enhancer.

·         Endorphin is known as a natural pain killer.

All of these brain chemical make us feel more alive, happy healthier and more enthusiastic. The mental powers can be awakened and to be made sharper even in an unhealthy body through meditation by making use of third eye chakra to refine and rouse the mental and intellectual traits.
