What does the pH scale mean? The pH scale provides a measure on a scale from 0 to 14 of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution. Our body works within a pH range of 7.0 to 7.8; all organisms can survive only in a narrow range of pH (7.0 to 7.8) scale. The pH scale measures of the acidity below pH 7, while basicity (above pH 7) of the solution in which the solvent is water. The pure water is neither acidic nor basic and has a pH. of 7. The blood has pH. of 7.40. Some symptoms of acidic (pH scale below 7) include chronic fatigue, headaches, depression, muscles-joint pain-stiffness and sluggishness. And if you have kidneys stones issues and low bone density; then you should be strictly advised diminishing intake of acidic foods because these issues associated with high body acidity levels; would stand to reason blood should have pH value of 7.40. In the Previous article we have learned about the importance of air circulation in human body; its working and benefits. If you have been with us since we’ve started communication with you all through this blog, you must have came across the “Youvan Tatva ke Sadhan” Series. Just as Youvan Tatva ke Sadhan series stresses upon the importance of proper blood circulation in body in order to keep it young and kicking; The series on Vayu asanas series stresses upon the importance of proper air circulation in body. This article is the last one in the series of “Youvan Tatva ke Sadhan” asanas and has been intentionally placed/published in an odd order for a reason. Ancient Indians believed that our body is comprised of 5 basic elements i.e. Water, Air, Fire, Earth and Space. These five elements work in conjunction of each other in a synchronous way. According to them whenever these elements are out of balance, the body has problems. The first element i.e Water is everywhere in our...

Vayu Asanas for Better Life: 'Jangha Chalan Asana' to Fix Most Vital Body Organs

Ever since the ancient Indians have started documenting the analogy of human body; they have emphasised on the need of balancing body chakras in order to keep our body fit and going. Along with body chakras they also mentioned other balancing forces of our body which work in conjunction with our physical activities. After decades long of research medical science has acknowledged that post meal physical activities helps in improving our digestion system while non activity can lead to acidity or laziness in body  It’s needless to mention here what significance Vayu (Air) holds in our life. Ancient Indian Sciences (Ayurveda) has defined this as Vayu. According to Ayurveda; Vayu is one of the most vital systems of our body. It must be balanced in order to keep our body fit and going, day in-day out. According to Ayurveda our body has 5 regions where the Vayu sits, and it has been assigned with different names according to the places/region they sit in. These regi...

Spoilt Kids are the nightmare of the society we all know that; I hope I am not offending anyone by saying this. I don’t really have anything to say against those kids or even matures who have a bully kind of behaviour. I see some very positive instincts in their characters. They are Adamant, Persistent and believe in action; they have the desire to be heard and to get their demands fulfilled so do we all. What I find wrong with those chaps is their perspective and imbalanced chemistry of beliefs. They perceive everyone as their puppets which often lead them to behave rude with others. I wonder what if we can channelize their energies to do something positive and productive. I mean a mindset with such a great set of skills (Persistence, Action, Leadership and Adamancy) can achieve anything right? But the reality is sad; at least with some people; by the time they learn to behave well the energy/spark they had in their days of youth is gone. Some of them then die wish...
