- Beta waves (13-40 - as most of the daily

brainwaves 13-40 Hz.
- Alpha waves that dwell between 7-13Hz- are
good for meditation, learning, creativities, peace, Relaxation, and
confidence; the subconscious layer is active, and serotonin and endorphins
enhance happiness.
- Theta brainwaves remain between 4-7 Hz,
-enhancing deep meditation, visualisation, connection, intuition, trance,
and a deeply relaxed mind.
- Delta brainwaves (0-4 Hz)- associated with
super consciousness state and longevity.
