Yoga, Meditation and Excellence

They seek excellence in whatever they have seen and found around them with consciousness. Knowing the secret is to create cosmic energy properly and be aware and ensure it does not get dissipated got it. Excellence is not the exclusive privilege of a chosen. It is a process that opens you to the truth inside, to the infinite potential you are born with and when you allow analytical minds to fall away. Harmony comes into the body and rejuvenates the spirit by coordinating all the organs to their assigned work; for through mind-body of keeping the cosmic energy flow within the body perfectly for mental and spiritual growth. The mind needed to be tame and aware of all the felicity of virtue sans contrivance.



Tame the mind

Every impulse of feeling should be guided by reason; exertion should always be on in proportion to what is required, as might be supposed. Be aware that the work you have to do all day long should be clutter-free so that the results do not be contrived. Start easy, give your brain time to adapt consciously, to build up the potential required to unleash a perfect change, and indeed magnifies the margin between success and failure.

 

Meditation reflects changing of the mind's frequency whilst the mind needs a different frequency to do complex works needed distinct energy to do the assigned work.

The extraordinary burgeoning awareness of the aspirant, perception, to perceive the wisdom potentially expanded, enhancing further onto the vast horizon of opportunities and wide-ranging powers maintained.

The brain has nerve cells transmitting electric signals the whole day connected to thoughts, emotions, moods, and biological chemistry. 

  1. Beta waves (13-40 - as most of the daily activities. -Associates with worry, stress, anger and depression; beta brainwaves 13-40 Hz.
  2.  Alpha waves that dwell between 7-13Hz- are good for meditation, learning, creativities, peace, Relaxation, and confidence; the subconscious layer is active, and serotonin and endorphins enhance happiness. 
  3. Theta brainwaves remain between 4-7 Hz, -enhancing deep meditation, visualisation, connection, intuition, trance, and a deeply relaxed mind. 
  4.  Delta brainwaves (0-4 Hz)- associated with super consciousness state and longevity.
