Sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell are the keys to opening the doors of experience and wisdom; these are five senses through senses, reliance on genuine experience, uncanny visual acuity that one attain easily astonishing powers; this all depends upon the calmness, serenity of mind, and tranquillity of mind depends on the coordination among mind-heart-body. Start meditating to increase cosmic energy (pranic urja) every day to enhance energy to cope with the daylong work with enthusiasm.
