life
Sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell are the keys to opening the doors
of experience and wisdom; these are five senses through senses, reliance on
genuine experience, uncanny visual acuity that one attain easily astonishing
powers; this all depends upon the calmness, serenity of mind, and tranquillity
of mind depends on the coordination among mind-heart-body. Start meditating to
increase cosmic energy (pranic urja) every day to enhance energy to cope with
the daylong work with enthusiasm. Five minutes of breathing exercises and just
being with nature for a short time will help manage the situations with ease.
