What is the coping mechanism available we have to deal with mental health?
The world confronted
with unprecedented mental health issues that arise from COVID-19, pandemic and
are grappling with the terrible alarms of it and concerns in the mental health
such as depression, anxiety, anger, frustration etc. seen a prodigious upsurge
in the year. Only a few are known how to harness the power of his mind to
achieve the ultimate goal or a peaceful life that he inherent within, the

exactly. There is inter-relationship between the conscious and subconscious
mind and a harmonious existence within both is essential to lead a worth-life
or stress free-life. Let us take some examples: - Focusing sunrays on a convex
lens is a consequence of thermal energy and ignition. You will know how muddy
water clear, let it be on still, and it will gradually become clear. Therefore,
all things alike go through their processes of activity and then see in return
to their original state. In the same way, conscious and subconscious mind
refine itself only need to give a time, create a gap between action and
reaction, and further your free will work properly.
The secret of this is to be found
in the degree of attention and curiosity bequeathed upon the things. Effect of
visual perception is considered essential in inspiring the unconscious mind and
owing to the law of attraction. You acknowledged these as the fundamental key
to opening the door of true genius. Take care lest enticement surprise you.
Eternal bliss lies in giving up the pleasures of the senses and in pursuing
them. Sometimes temptation resonates with of senses' pleasures. The
wrong-temptation embodies all that is creating a void, further would be drifting
awareness, shifting emotion and trigging into the wrong slant. Any activity
devoid of attention is utterly meaningless and rarely produces any desired
results. Ensure you should wait until the mind is relaxed. A relaxed-mind is
more productive than to tense-mind; so before being still your mind and doing

can help to obtain self-efficacy, self-esteem, self-introspection, and further
keeping one more alive all-day-long workout.
Nadi shudhi pranayama:
Nadi sudhhi (cleansing) is a preliminary
mode in the early stages of doing yoga when practising pranayama. Practising of
pranayama brings about quick purification of all the astral Nadis within the
body. Therefore, through exercising of Nadi Sudhi Pranayama, you can gain
control over the breath to which can easily control the subtle Prana Vayu
within the body's organs, the muscles, and the spinal cord. Yoga sharpened
awareness that brings one close to reality, which is the principal aim of
pranayama, which has to be learnt through pranayama technique with the
impeccable discipline to tame the breath.
Sit in Padam asana or siddha asana.
Close the right nostril with the thumb
of the right hand and breathe in slowly, and filling the stomach with the air
as it comes from of your left nostril and be ensure stomach will be expanding
outside as filling the air in it.
Close the right nostril with the right
thumb and breathe in and out from left nostril for 10 breathes, ensure the
stomach expands during inhalation, and contracts during exhalation.
Now close the left nostril with the ring
finger and small finger as well and hold the breath comfortably.
Exhale slowly from the right nostril by
keeping your left nostril closed with small and ring finger. Now breathe in and
out from the right nostril for ten times. Then close the right nostril, and
hold the breath comfortably and then exhale slowly from the left nostril.
Repeat all the above steps three times,
and ensure that the last breath you take is exhaling from your left nostril.
Relax for some time.

It is safer as compare to other types of
the pranayama as it cures all sorts of issues such like as constipation,
falling hairs, eyes problem, concentration, laziness, back pain, stomach
problems and nervous system etc. This pranayama removes all diseases as it
purifies the Nadis, improve digestion and blood-circulation and provides
enthusiasm.
