Vyana Vayu, The Key To Settle The Equibrillium Of Our Energies

Vyana-Vayu is the one of five major Prana Vayu in the body and including sub-prana (naga, kurma, Devadatta and dhananjaya) and known as the dynamic force behind all of the chakras, auric bodies, meridian, heart and the mind.

Major Prana-Vayus are the subdivisions of life force; and while, Sub-prana Vayu dwell in small area of organs, but of doing major role to unite with the five major Prana-vayu i.e. Prana, Uddiyan, Vyana, Samana and Apana. All of these prana of assigning relevant work to perform and coordinates the others prana within body. Vyana-vayu being balanced three lower chakras and three upper chakras and to be influenced all layers of the body known as physical layer, etheric layer, vital layer, astral layer, lower mental/auric layer, higher mental/ auric body and spiritual auric body. So, Vyana-Vayu influences not only the internal body but also the outer body (seven auric body layers).

Vyana-Vayu has its own importance as it controls muscular system and synchronises movement from the core of the organs to the edge, it grants access to the auric bodies and help maintaining the balance between physical- mental energies.

Scientific research describes that prana is a multidimensional energy comprises with electrical-magnetic, photonic, thermal and mental energies which permeates all living beings and matters. Prana exists in the insentient world of and it causes motion and growth circle by circle; after completing its circle (a lifespan) it returns to its initial stage. Body is the laboratory within the research is to be made of employing Yoga’s technique for practical esoteric experiences. One need to observe the flow of the Prana-vayu; and whatever is beyond one’s limit, or outside of oneself remain always a distance. Only within can we have actual direct experience of reality, the experiences of true wisdom.

So here need arises to give strength to Vyana-Vayu of which dwell in limbs, heart chakras, and would be balanced by pranayama and standing yoga’s asana/postures so that one could easily be able to realise the true reality within. Only Vyana-vayu would give the power to combat with false issues of life and of making able to keep reality and fantasy apart to observation of the reality within oneself.

In the process of self-introspection or self-analysis, these are the tools of which must be employed by the one to refine and to be balanced the five prana in the body to keep the body active and energetic. Self-awareness and concentration must be practices during breathe in and breathe out being provided better result as it cease the past-future wondering thought. Right breathing pattern with awareness of having virtue to react properly. Vyan-vayu being provided theses four components (i.e. Concentration, perception, sensation and reaction) to the mind, action-reaction depends fully upon these components.
