Flexibility is the ability to bend, stretch and move our body to perform our routine tasks. Throughout life our mobility critically depends upon flexibility and agility of our body. Sarvang Asana:- Put on fresh, comfortable clothing and find somewhere quiet place and do asana as needed. Inner peace begins the moment you choose. Lie down on the floor or ground, stretch your legs slowly after that raise the legs up towards head, like this your waist will lift up from the ground now need to support the waist with both hands meantime resting elbows on the ground.     I will visit you ever in india to learn practically.
