The asanas(posture) are

Sit on the
ground with legs stretched forward, place your hand in namaste position near your
heart then inhale slowly and bend forward by breathing out and hold the toes
both hand, after one month you could able to wrap your palm around your sole
and place your elbows on the floor, finger under you heels and keeping the legs
straight. Hold your breathing as much you can and meantime touch your knees as
your body permit. Best time to do this asana in the morning and evening before
doing it warm you up just few minutes. It should not be done after meal.

cures disorders of knees, makes the spine and legs flexible, moreover
