Meditation:
Keep your mind positive and give up your limiting beliefs. Overcome fears, self-doubt and being too self-conscious. Sit comfortably in a quiet place with your hands on your thighs. Close your eyes and take three slow deep breaths; breathe in through the nose and feel pure white light coming in to cleanse, then breathe out through the mouth. Diaphragmatic breathing is done by contracting the diaphragm, a muscle located straight between the thoracic cavity and abdominal cavity. Air move in the lungs and the chest rises and the belly expands during this form of breathing. You have to do continue for five minutes. After finishing you focus on the Third Eye at least five minutes
If your mind is not still during meditation then observe it, do not worry, just allow the thought to pass and then focus.
