Shava Asana: For Mind, Body and Spirit
According to Vedas (Books of Knowledge) by
balancing Prana Urja in our Body we can relieve the imbalances of our body thus
can be free from diseases. Today we know Parana Urja as Cosmic Energy or
Yin-Yang and many new methods have also been evolved over the years but nothing
beats yoga in its game. An imbalance in our body is caused by improper eating
habits, Air quality of environment and use of pesticides and last but not least
passive lifestyle. When the body loses its natural equilibrium, it affects the
flow of Prana Urja through the Major & Minor Chakras (glands), Energy
Meridians and Channels. Insufficient
Flow of energy of reducing the
flexibility of the body and stops flowing quite so smoothly and result in as Discomfort,
Numbness, Stiffness in the body.
Prana Urja helps
restoring the free flow of that energy in the Chakras, meridian, organs and
Nadis and to maintain the balance of cosmic energy in the body. To restore Prana Urja in every part of our
body; Yoga has an Asana to offer. This asana is very simple and quite relaxing
